Public Service Innovation

The Public Service Innovation Team aims to drive innovation culture across the MDAs and turn them into revenue earners rather than cost centers. The team proposes methods of empowering and strengthening all MDAs in a bid to increase overall revenue, by improving speed and quality of services and reducing cost.
